The public resources are an open Resource for anyone that visits the website. but all material is the copyright property of Marc J Acquaviva/aka Woolford (©2010 - today's date, all rights reserved - reproduction prohibited) and are for personal use only.
Public resources will include occasional snippets from workshop videos and notes, but they are for informational puposes only. If anyone engages with the postures, sequences or concepts in their practice, they must take full responsibility for their own bodies, as I won't be there to monitor the practice.
If you like the content and the work resonates with you, just come to a workshop or book a private session with myself (Marc J Acquaviva) or attend a class or one-to -one with any of the teachers that qualify from the AcquaViva School of Yoga... resonating with the ideas is the start - experiencing the work directly shows what is possible with it ...
Videos of entire workshops are futher down the page.

** Please donate as you feel is appropriate... below is only a guide.
I have been filming everything recently, because I realised what an immense body of resource this could be for someone that really wanted to get into the depth of the yoga. It started with my teacher training courses that began a few years ago (only trainees get to see these), but now that I am paying for a full-on upload facility on Vimeo I thought I might as well make my public workshops and retreats available too.
Clicking on any of the links will get you to the page, but to be able to view the video you will also need the password.
The videos are password access only - and they are meant for workshop attendees, but those of you that are familiar with working with me may also have access to appropriate videos, at my discression.
Any donations are very gratefully received, and help go towards the cost of maintaining this resource.
To gain access, simply type, in the donation box below, which workshop you would like see, and then when you click 'donate' you can give something** via paypal, (thank you!) and I will send you the password as soon as I receive notification.
Of course If you really can't spare even a £1, simply contact me with a request, and if you attended the workshop, I will be happy to give you the password.
The password will always work for access, so once you have it, please don't share it with anyone else without my approval.
